Mr. Breault is the senior real estate investment officer at Oregon State Treasury. He manages an approximate $8 billion NAV real estate portfolio within the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund. Mr. Breault is a former officer in the U.S. Navy and before that worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and Schnitzer West.
About Taylor Mammen & RCLCO
Mr. Mammen is a Senior Managing Director based in RCLCO’s Los Angeles office and currently serves as the Director of RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA).
