A report produced on Insight’s behalf by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors estimated the overall project will have a net fiscal impact of $35.67 million over 20 years, including new tax revenue and the taxpayer expense of serving the development. A fiscal impact report produced by the city projected a net annual impact of up to about $1 million per year once the buildings are fully occupied.
