Since joining the firm in 2018, Ryan’s has worked in RCLCO’s Real Estate Economics Services advising on suburban master-planned communities, golf community and resort developments, fiscal impact studies, and suburban town center development. He excels at identifying key market opportunities and positioning considerations for mixed-use and large-scale projects, heads up RCLCO’s STEMdex Advisory, and has experience compiling market feasibility studies, fiscal impact studies, and regional growth forecasts.
