Lauren Hinson leads RCLCO’s Operations group as Vice President, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Since joining RCLCO in 2016, Lauren has been involved in human capital and recruiting initiatives, conference and retreat planning for our clients and team, and supported the firm’s CEO. Lauren serves as co-chair of the RCLCO Women’s Network and focuses the majority of her efforts on human resource planning, professional development, and team cohesion throughout the organization.

Prior to joining RCLCO, Lauren worked in residential real estate and marketing for several firms in Arizona and Southern California where she was involved in recruiting and onboarding, marketing, and technology training. Lauren has a BA in Business with a concentration in communication from Arizona State University.
