Jordan LaMarche is a Vice President based in RCLCO’s Los Angeles office where he specializes in the firm’s real estate economics services, advising clients across the United States as it relates to real estate market research, development, and investment. With a special focus on urban infill projects in the San Francisco Bay Area market, Jordan helps clients in the public and private sectors identify market opportunities and guide strategic development decisions. He brings a wealth of experience working with city governments and non-profits in developing long-term regional and neighborhood development strategies.

Before joining RCLCO, Jordan began his real estate career at The Concord Group as an analyst. He received a Master of Urban Affairs from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
