Caroline Flax Ganz is a Vice President based in Washington, DC. With a focus in Real Estate Economics, Caroline has worked internationally and across the U.S. guiding clients on strategic development decisions. Her experience includes highest-and-best use analyses, financial feasibility analyses, and market opportunity analyses for public and private sector clients, with a particular focus on mixed-use master planned sites.

Prior to joining RCLCO, Caroline was a Senior Associate at The Meridian Group based in Bethesda, Maryland, where she focused execution of development activities. Her primary project was The Boro, where she worked from construction start through stabilization on Phase 1, which consisted of 1.7 million square feet of office, retail, and residential.

Caroline graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science with honors in Urban and Regional Studies and a minor in Real Estate. While at Cornell, Caroline was the Associate Editor of The Cornell Daily Sun and won the College of Architecture, Art and Planning Community Service Award.
