The elements of the mixed-use project typically include several of the following property types (but may include others):  Office\, Residential (both rental and owned)\, Hotels\, Retail and Parking. The UDMUC Council membership reflects a wide range of expertise and market representation in order to broadly discuss\, examine\, debate and learn from best practices for the mixed-use property. \n
