DESCRIPTION:Speaker: Adam Ducker\, Senior Managing Director \nAdam Ducker will elaborate on findings from the 2019 ULI Attainable Housing Report\, including four product solutions to address housing affordability. \nHousing affordability throughout the U.S. has once again become an increasing concern as demand has bounced back following the Great Recession in both urban and suburban areas. A largely untold chapter in the story of America’s housing affordability challenge is the shrinking share of modestly-priced\, newly-constructed\, for-sale homes—what ULI calls “attainable housing.” \nDuring each Wednesday in May\, ULI Northwest Arkansas will host a one-hour digital event to explore the topic of attainability more deeply. Over the four-week series\, speakers will reveal supply and demand trends\, emerging housing types\, a case study\, and a roundtable discussion about the future of middle-class housing affordability in Northwest Arkansas. \n
