This session will address the challenges and potential solutions to the problem of providing attainable for-sale and rental housing that meets the needs of middle-class American households. Representatives from public regulatory, development, construction, and housing finance will participate in a moderated roundtable discussion focused on new approaches to dealing with the affordability problem.
