DESCRIPTION:There is a strong appetite for healthy communities\, from the physical design encouraging healthy living\, use of appropriate building materials and systems in homes\, partnerships with health/wellness providers\, and incorporating emerging technologies. In this session we’ll learn about how that is being implemented at Lake Nona\, a top 10 selling MPC with two new hospitals\, three college campuses\, a nationally recognized medical research institute\, and thousands of new homes.
