Specific expertise and focus include service to builders to obtain permits faster\, cut plan review red tape and related zoning\, planning\, and building obstacles and issues affecting builders. BASF  offers the only multi-level membership to its members\, which are automatically enrolled in the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). This provides them with a  direct voice in  Tallahassee and Washington DC\, for one low membership fee. The Builders Association of South Florida is a non-profit trade association whose members are the strongest and most experienced industry leaders in southeast Florida. \n
