Patricia Bacalao is a Vice President based in RCLCO’s Los Angeles office. Patricia joined RCLCO while receiving her MBA, concentrating on Real Estate Finance, and has since engaged on a spectrum of RCLCO’s analyses, including downtown revitalization plans, retail repositioning studies, highest and best use land plans, and new mixed-use development studies for both public and private clients at a wide variety of scales.

Previously, Patricia worked in marketing and business development for renowned design firms in New York and Los Angeles and can leverage her background in architecture and planning to bring analytical insight into multidisciplinary teams in the service of client goals.
